I feel that this lesson had made me to not to belive the information the internet and when I want to check information for my project in some website I must check if the information is right and see if there were any links to the website for the infomation. This lesson also tells me that Wikipedia also may have some false information.
I feel nothing. Just cold.I felt that the internet is reliable. But you have to be careful, not every thing on the internet is true: pictures example. It can be edited, changed.Wikipedia may be false too,some information are edited by some people which are not true.Still, I am the same, I don't really care or bother.
I felt that the internet is not really realiable when sometime the video is VERY FAKE!!!!! Now i know how the make the harry potter movie as they use green screen and some technological objects. Some pictures also uses green screen! Last time i believe but now not After the PBL project it let me know more about how fake the pictures and video is. Green Screen is behind everything!!!!! But is ok to see this pictures as it is nice! So nice that i can use to as something! I wish i have a green screen so that i can be a superman!! HAHA!

I feel safe. :D. When Im doing my porject or whatsoever, i know that, i cannot 100% trust the information that they have give me. Some can be true, but some are not. Like Wikipedia, it also may have some true/false information. I know what to do, when searching for information. I know what to do, when some stangers chat with me on games/MSN. I know what to do, when I want to copy pictures/videos/musics, i need to know whether if it's copyrighted anot.

I will feel a little bit scared of getting a fake information especially during the research of the media literacy project using wikipedia.What I thought all this while was only that,only blogs can fake people.But when we start on the Media Literacy project and lesson,I can feel how it is to lie and lied by others.Well as we go on,I can slightly identify whether a person is lying his or her identity by a few ways.I was lied by a person on facebook.I thought she was the celebrity because she has the same name as the one of the suria celebrity.She added all my family members as it also means that she lied to all the person whom I know.
I must be very cautious in what I am really surfing. It does not matter that making friends in the internet can be safe. Sometimes, they may change the identity. I have recently read a storybook based on internet scams, cyber-bullying in the net. This girl has been putting her 100% real identity to her faceBook,well that's good. THen, she has been receiveing numerous phraises from an anoynomous user from faceBook. She even chat with the user, that is causing more problems. She put her address in her profile. One day, she was returning home from dancing class with her friend. Waving her last goodbye to her friend, the girl saw 3 boys circling around her. One of the boys tell that he saw her address in her profile and decided to go to her flat. I think that this problem should not be continuing. I also should be very careful in what I am surfing whether chatting with public strangers or not. -Amira Yasmine(2)
I would be extra careful when reading the news information in web. Because i know that not all news in the internet are true so i have to be careful. If i'm online chatting with a person that i do not know, i would try not to reveal my all personal details to anyone. Sometimes, i would even stop chatting with he or her if he or her trying to get my personal details. ~Lu Zi Qing
some people would think internet is 100% safe but in my opinion it is not as some video has be edited by the creator,some web has virus,picture also can be changed too.when surfing the net do not reveal your REAL IDENTITY because he or her got motive.
I think that sometimes,it is safe for people to surf online as we can make new friends but we also need to be very careful in giving our personal information.Some people may edit their own pictures so that people will believe what they say.But some people,may have put their real name and can be a very serious matter...
I feel that this lesson teaches me not to believe in what people write on the internet as it is not completely true. We may get cheated or conned if we believed what the internet wrote. We may need to surf the internet oftenly, preventing us not to get in 'trouble' with those people in the internet.
this lesson teaches me not to believe everything on internet.some people only want to write false information juz to prank others and to make money.some even edit photos.we must not let those people to prank us easily.so,we cannot believe internet news so easliy.
i feel scared as now i knew that the internet could be a good and bad thing for me.it's a good thing as the internet could give me the information i need quickly......it's a bad thing as people could use fake identity to know me better,but i know how to be safe using the internet after doing the media literacy
I feel that, it’s fine as it is very useful and fast. When I need something, just type in what I need and I can get it as soon as possible and it is reliable but sometimes it’s not. On the internet, there would also have so dangers on the web, like spamming. We might also get cheated believing all the in formations put up on the web; hence it is not advisable to believe everything for the web. People can also use different kinds of identity to cheat people. Hence internet is not 100% safe! Felicia ;D
